Our Pharmacists

Helen Ong, PharmD, RPh

Pharmacist-in-Charge

Dr. Helen Ong is a licensed pharmacist and pharmacy operations leader with extensive experience managing high-volume retail pharmacy environments and advising outpatient healthcare facilities on regulatory compliance and medication management.

She also serves as a Pharmacy Consultant for Oregon Specialists Surgery Center, where she conducts regulatory audits, develops medication management protocols, and helps clinics maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Dr. Ong holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Oregon State University and a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Willamette University.

Huy M. Nguyen, PharmD, RPh

Pharmacist

Dr. Huy M. Nguyen is a licensed Oregon pharmacist with more than 15 years of experience in retail, community, and hospital pharmacy settings.

He has managed complex pharmacy operations, including outpatient 340B programs, independent and chain pharmacies, and vaccination clinics. His experience includes medication therapy management, regulatory compliance, staff mentoring, inventory control, and workflow improvements that support efficiency and patient safety.

Fluent in Vietnamese, Huy has extensive experience counseling and caring for patients from diverse communities.
